A public offer is a formal contract and is distributed regardless of position.
The contract is considered to be concluded from the moment the client donates money on the website.

1. General Provisions.

1.1. The following text constitutes the Agreement between the game servers of FIRELORDS, located at firelords.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Resource"), and an individual registered on the Resource as a user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1.2. The Agreement is public in accordance with Article 426 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is equivalent to an "oral agreement" and has proper legal force.
1.3. According to Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the public agreement is evidenced by the User's act of making a payment as a donation to the Resource.
1.4. By using the Resource, the User agrees to this License Agreement and undertakes to comply with the Rules for using the Resource.
1.6. All funds accepted from the User in favor of the Resource are voluntary donations and are non-refundable. Donations and purchases in the store are solely the voluntary will of the client.
1.7. The Resource is not responsible for issues with funds transfer related to other sites, payment systems, or issues arising from and/or due to the fault of the User or third parties.
1.8. All services available on the Resource are rewards for voluntary assistance to the Resource.
1.9. All services are tied to the User's unique identifier (SteamID in any form) and are not subject to: further transfer from one account to another, exchange between players, alteration, return, or transfer to another server.
1.10. In the event of the closure of the Resource/game server, or its transfer to another owner, all available services will be annulled.
1.11. In case of violation of the current rules by the User, the Resource reserves the right to refuse to provide services to the User.
1.12. The Resource cannot guarantee the preservation of active services in case of force majeure circumstances.
1.13. Disputes and claims between the User and other participants of the Resource (including the Resource itself) are resolved by the Resource if the disputed issue falls within its competence. If it cannot be resolved within the Resource, the dispute is subject to resolution as provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.
1.14. The Resource Store is an in-game system only and is subject to the project's rules.
1.15. In the event of the User losing their account, receiving a VAC ban, or transferring the account to third parties, the Resource is not responsible for the services and does not refund goods or donated funds.
1.16. The Resource has the full right to revoke the purchased goods from the User if the User treats the Resource disrespectfully, does not follow the Resource's rules, and ignores warnings.
1.17. The User undertakes to comply with this offer agreement when donating funds to replenish the balance in their personal account.

2. Personal Data.

2.1. By registering on this Resource, the User officially agrees to the storage and processing of their personal data by the Resource, both those provided during the registration process and those posted during the further use of the Resource.
2.2. The Resource guarantees the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
2.3. If desired, the User can terminate the storage and processing of all their personal data by submitting a written request for profile deletion.
2.4. In the absence of activity for more than 1 calendar year by the User, or upon receiving any type of ban on the Resource and/or on the Steam platform, the Resource reserves the right to irrevocably delete all User data (personal statistics, active services, personal account, etc.).

3. Procedure for Making Changes.

3.1. This Agreement is not final. The Resource has the right to make changes to the text of this Agreement at its discretion at any time and without prior notice to the User. The current (effective) version of the Agreement is always available on the website.
3.2. The User agrees and acknowledges that changes to the Offer entail corresponding changes to the Agreement already concluded and effective between the Resource and the User, and these changes to the Agreement take effect with such changes to the Offer.
